绿叶风情民宿提供出差、旅游、短期出租的新山民宿。地点位于新山市中心/新山关卡大约15分钟车程，进出新加坡非常方便，周围还有多间大型购物商场。除了提供您方便及非凡的住宿体验外，这里还设有犹如度假村设施如游泳池、小型水上游乐园、健身室、游戏房、篮球、网球等的设施。酒店已经不再是旅客们单一的选择，民宿更是近几年渐渐地开始由台湾流行延伸到世界各地的一种住宿体验，让您仿佛回到家的感觉。最重要的是低于星级酒店的价格，但却能享有属于自己的套房。

绿叶风情民宿不是很大，只能容纳2-3人，特别适合情侣恋旅、夫妻蜜月、小小家庭度假、几个好朋聚会友或是商务出差等等。我们麻雀虽小，但却是五脏俱全哦！除了提供基本如酒店般的睡房浴室以外，还设有小小温馨的客厅，精心特别的设计，特别是黄灯弥漫，如果来个烛光晚餐配上一杯红酒.... 太浪漫啦！！

Green Leaf Homestay offers business, travel, and short term travelers. Our home is located in Johor Bahru and just about 15 minutes drive from city center and JB CIQ, easy accessible to Singapore. Its surrounded by commercials, restaurants and major shopping mall is nearby like Sutera Malls, AEON Bukit Indah, etc. In addition to providing you with a convenient and extraordinary experience, there are facilities such as swimming pool, mini water playground, fitness room, games room, basketball, tennis, etc. Nowadays, the hotel is no longer an only option for travelers, but is an alternative of experience that has been generated recently, making you feel like returning home. The most important is the rate relatively lower than the star rated hotel, and could enjoy your own suites.

Green Leaf is not very large, can only accommodate 2-3 people, especially suitable for couples, honeymooners, a small family vacation, friends or business travelers.  Our home is small, but it is fully equipped! In addition to providing a basic hotel-like bedroom bathroom, there is also a small warm living room, well designed, especially the lighting, having a candlelight dinner with a glass of red wine .. its so romantic!

订房需知 Booking Information :

1. 入房时间 Check in : 3:00pm | 退房时间 Check out : 12:00pm
2. 套房最终确认将以收到全额订金为准 Confirmation of room will be only given upon received full payment 
3. 保证金 Deposit of  RM 150 (若无任何损坏，退房时将全额退还 Refundable if nothing damage & loss)
4. 请于收到确认书后提供你的护照/身份证 Passport / Government ID Copy need to provide upon booking
5. 单位只限2-3人 Room can stay 2-3 persons
6. 我们将提供私人入房手续，所以请尽量准时抵达 (感恩) We are providing Private Check-in, please advise as early as possible for any time change
7. 为保持室内的卫生，禁止携带宠物及吸烟 (感恩) Strictly no pet / smoking allowed in the room for hygiene purpose
8. 我们仅提供房间清理于住超过2星期以上 Housekeeping will be provided once for stay at least two weeks and above
9. 基于安全考量，禁止携带危险物品及从事任何违法活动  For safety purpose,  STRICTLY  no dangerous items or held any illegal activity
10. 若需更改日期，请提前至少7天前通知 (允许1次免费更改) Please notify us at least 7 days in advance for any amendment, subject availability (allow for 1 time change only)
11. 少于7天通知日期更改或取消，将会收取50%的订金  50% administrative charge for any amendment/cancellation 7 days prior check in
12. 少于24小时日期更改或取消，将没收100%的订金 No refund for any amendment/cancellation within 7 days prior check in
13. 所有条款如有更改，怒不另行通知 We has the right to revise the terms and condition without prior notice
